Mr. ARTHUR P. PAMA (RME) established GOLDLINE ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & CONSTRUCTION under a sole proprietorship type of business (a micro enterprise). Organizing his choice team members of equally trusted and skilled personnel, the group set sail on the highly competitive world of construction business. Mr. PAMA believes on the value of Human Capital, hence the company since its inception started setting aside a portion of its revenue for training and upgrading the skills of its personnel whenever the need arises and/or required by existing laws. Moreover, Mr. Pamatreats everyone in the organization as one big family.
